Peter Frazzetto, 38

Director
Peter has over fourteen years of successful business experience, most recently as owner of a NY Mortgage Company since 2001. Mr. Frazzetto also worked on the management team for the Private Mortgage Banking Division of Wells Fargo Bank NA, in New York City.
Mr. Frazzetto currently holds a position of Executive Member Partner Land Title Agency, LLC since 2005. Over the years, he has acted as a consultant to family who was heavily involved in distribution locally and nationally with well recognized brands. Peter, along with Chris Mollica, founded Pure Water Solutions, Inc. in 2008 to market and distribute unique beverage products in Nassau and Suffolk Counties of Long Island, New York.

Chris Mollica, 40

Chris is an entrepreneur and successful business owner for 19 years. Mr. Mollica has successfully conceptualized, implemented and developed several, multi-million dollar businesses throughout the span of his career. With a very diverse background ranging from construction to international development and finance, he also held a Vice President position at Solomon Smith Barney, managing multi million dollar client relationships.
Chris, along with Peter Frazzetto, founded Pure Water Solutions, Inc. in 2008 to market and distribute unique beverage products within the Long Island area.

Paul Dua, 42
Vice President
Paul has spent the last twenty years entrenched in all facets of online and offline marketing. From successfully running a marketing team responsible for monetizing a $1.5 million monthly budget to teaching “Macy’s East” how to efficiently purchase interactive/web products to diversifying Long Island’s second largest media company. Paul’s passion, experience, and diversity has enabled him to successfully adapt to an evolving market place.
In Paul’s last position before becoming Marketing Director and a partner at Pure Water Solutions, Inc., he was general manager at the Long Island Radio Group, the regions second largest media company. From the ground up, he successfully built a web division to maximize opportunities that he uncovered within the space. Utilizing the radio groups key strategic advantages which were radio market share and field marketing expertise, he conceptualized, built, and monetized a web-based division in a challenging market environment.
Prior to being the general manager at the Long Island Radio Group, Paul was Interactive Marketing Consultant and retail sales manager for the interactive division of Newsday, Long Island’s leading daily newspaper. As part of the Tribune family, Paul’s sales team consistently lead in terms of sales, market share, and growth.

Tim Mayette, 48
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Mayette is an experienced financial executive with over 30 years experience in accounting and financial controls. He has held numerous CFO, VP and Controller positions with companies including PMCC Financial, Arbor National Holdings. Tim is also an inactive CPA in the State of New York. He holds BBA and MBA degrees from Sienna and Hofstra respectively. |
