Full Motion Beverage, Inc ("FMBV") is in the business of developing, marketing and distributing non-alcoholic beverage brands that are either proprietary or exclusively represented. FMBV has two subsidiaries; Performaxx Brands, Inc., which continues to develop and market new and exciting products, and; Pure Water Solutions, Inc., ("PWS Distributing") which is a Direct Store Distributor (DSD) servicing Nassau and Suffolk Counties and the five boroughs of New York. This allows FMBV and Performaxx a direct sales channel with PWS Distributing, producing immediate sales results in a top five consumer retail demographic.
